Elise
I'm a proud graduate of CDI College, where I completed my training as a Veterinary Health Care Assistant / Junior Technician. Since completing my practicum in 2019 with 48th Avenue Animal Hospital, I've been lucky enough to work there!! Where I now serve as the Practice Manager! I truly love what I do — every day brings something new, and I get to work with an amazing team who shares my passion for veterinary care. That passion started early on. I began volunteering with the RAPS and BC SPCA when I was just 10 years old, and I've been surrounded by animals my entire life!! Everything from Extra Large Dogs to small dogs, cats, guinea pigs, and rabbits. When I’m not at the clinic, you’ll probably find me on my yoga mat or out walking my dog, Kali. Whether it’s caring for animals or finding balance in nature, I’m happiest when I’m doing something I love.

HELLO! My name is Deni! (like the restaurant) My passion for animals started in 2022 when I went to school at VIU and then started working in shelters shortly after. My goal in life is to open an animal rehabilitation center in South Delta as we currently do not have one. My heart lies with rescues and wildlife and I want to do everything in my power to ensure that they have a fair chance at a happy life. When I’m not caring for animals, you can find me crocheting or hula hooping.
Casey
Hi, I'm Casey! I've always loved working with animals, and as a veterinary receptionist, I get to help both pets and their people feel welcome and cared for. Whether I'm scheduling appointments, answering questions, or giving your furry friend some extra attention, I'm here to make your visit as smooth as possible. When I'm not at the clinic, I'm studying at Langara or enjoying the waterfront in my hometown of Steveston with my Corgi Koda! I can't wait to meet you and your pets!

Hey, I’m Jade! I’m someone who finds joy in the cozy, creative, and compassionate parts of life. I work as one of 48th Avenue Animal Hospital’s veterinary assistant, which means I get to help animals every day, a dream come true for me! I absolutely love reading, especially when I can curl up with a good book and my sweet cat, Yuki, who’s the best cuddle buddy ever. Art is another big part of my life, whether I’m drawing, painting, or just getting creative, it’s one of my favorite ways to express myself. I have a big heart for animals, a love for quiet moments, and a curious mind that’s always ready to learn something new. I’m excited to keep growing, helping, and enjoying all the little things that make life beautiful.

Hi! My name is Clhoie, and I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember. I recently earned my dog training certification, and some of you might recognize me from my time working at a doggy daycare. I’m so excited to join the team and help make every pet’s visit a happy and positive experience! When I’m not at work, you can usually find me spending time with my golden boy, Freddie, or exploring the trails on a good hike.
